In December 2019, Adrien Brody was officially cast in the lead role of Captain Charles Boone. Related: Chapelwaite Cast & Character Guideīased on Stephen King's short story, "Jerusalem's Lot," Chapelwaite was developed by Peter and Jason Filardi. Signing on to star in Chapelwaite, one of the many upcoming vampire TV shows, however, 2021 marked Adrien Brody's return to television. Night Shyamalan, Rian Johnson, and Wes Anderson (more on him later). Along the way, he worked with some of the most prolific directors in recent memory, including Peter Jackson, M. His other small-screen work also included a recurring turn on Peaky Blinders. He also embodied multiple real-world figures, including Salvador Dali in Midnight in Paris and Harry Houdini in the Houdini miniseries. Those included Noah Percy in The Village, Jack Driscoll in King Kong, and Royce in Predators. In the years since then, Adrien Brody turned several equally noteworthy performances.
